- limit use of number of headsails to 3 at the same time.
(alternative: sails get windshadows)
- make one rudder in down postion manditory
(alternative steering based on hydrodynamics)
- limit race to teams only / clubs only
(alternative: allow multiple classes, designs and crew configurations)
