Five Eighty only. 10% speed penalty when offline. • This regatta is run in accordance with all the Racing Rules of Sailing relevant to virtual races (https://www.racingrulesofsailing.org/rules). • The umpires for this event are Commodore(s) and Organizer(s) of the Five Eighty Owners' Club. They act as Race Committee, with decisions taken by majority vote. • In case of dispute with Race Committee, the boat owner may request arbitration by Admiral. Once rendered, this arbitration will be final. Course marks: 1) Start line: port buoy 17°0.10'N 61°45.64'W - starboard buoy 17°0.23'N 6°45.75'W 2) Cacique port buoy 9°38.56'N 79°38.17'W 3) Finish line: port buoy 9°22.40'N 79°54.87'E - starboard buoy 9°22.40'N 79°55.39'E
