The Habour Master's Offshore Racing Certificate Race. (Glasgow to Ibiza). To obtain the Certificate in Offshore Racing, competitors must; 1. Not have more than 20kg in total provisions at any time. 2. Sail an Offline Charted Course at some stage of the voyage. and 3. Complete the Voyage. (Any Boat Class) / (Auto or Manual Sailing). |
