Start from Cape Horn and follow a full circumnavigation along the southern latitudes, passing through remote island outposts along this band before returning to Cape Horn.
It is the first circumnavigation race exclusively for the UCD3 Albatroz.
The Albatroz was designed specifically for this route. It was previously tested as a prototype and proved to be capable in these conditions: stable, efficient, and able to handle strong winds and heavy seas.
It is a long-range race for a long-range dinghy, built to be handled by a single sailor, prepared for endurance and consistency over this course.
This is a race about maintaining rhythm, making the right long-term decisions, and staying in control through changing conditions.
