IMOCA Open 60 Proto 2° mast rake, S foils - Area rule as per Raimond Loewy - Deck sweeping main through half-wishbone-boom. - Hydraulic steering - Engine PTO Pomp cants keel from 0° to the maximum of 38° in 7 seconds - Electric backup cant keel from 0° tp 38° in 30 sceonds - Gravity dump drops keel from 38° cant to 0° in 0.2 seconds - As Sailaway does not know gravity, canting speed from -38° to + 38° is set to 8 seconds. - Selfrighting based auto filling cant tanks as introduced with the Insulinde in 1927 - Default IMOCA 60 one design mast, keel and outriggers. Subsonic aerodynamics area rule applied to IMOCA 60 2025 Class Regulation.. At present undergoing tests and optimizations. |
