Olympus Photo is a trimaran sailing boat designed for ocean racing. It is the first in the series of five Acapella boats. It is famous for having carried Mike Birch to victory in the first Route du Rhum race in 1978, ahead of the monohull Kriter V skippered by Michel Malinovsky, after overtaking it just a few miles from the finish line. The gap between the two competitors was 98 seconds. Olympus Photo est un voilier trimaran destiné à la course au large. Il est le premier de la série des cinq Acapella. Il est connu pour avoir vu à son bord Mike Birch remporter la première Route du Rhum en 1978 devant le monocoque Kriter V skippé par Michel Malinovsky, à l'issue d'un dépassement à quelques milles de l'arrivée.
