ILHABELA TO FLORIANÓPOLIS

Ilhabela → Florianópolis
The longest Sterna passage leaves Ilhabela and follows the Brazilian coast south toward Santa Catarina. Once clear of the São Sebastião Channel, the race becomes a true coastal passage, with long stretches of open water and weather systems playing a much greater role in route choice. The final objective is Ilha de Santa Catarina, where the coastline once again becomes more complex after hundreds of miles at sea.
